I am using ZTE AC2737 modem for Reliance prepaid connection, Waste Waste Waste of money and time. Even the reliance customer support is worst about this modems.
I was really frustrated with this device. This device is having very very very bad drivers. When I call the Reliance customer care service they say my machine is having problems.
My machine is working with any other modems e.g Airtel-Huwaii modem. The customer service representatives are semi educated. Even they are not ale to understand my problem how they fix:):). Always I get the 'Can not access serial port. Permission denied'. I am really requesting not to go for Reliance net connect broadband connection. Dear Sir/Mam, I Am Abhi Customer of Reliance i just want to know how to retrieve the number of ZTE MG 880 Dongle.
I have lost kit which comes with this dongle so unable o retrieve its number. The response from your outlet (Reliance world) is pathetic which is near to Hiranandani gardens, Mumbai.As they told me if u don't have number you have to dump the dongle but when i called to C.C. They gave me solution that its enable to retrieve number.
